Hairy Joe’s.
Professional and experienced climbers who take pride in their work. Both climbers have over ten years experience within the industry. We have an extensive range of Stihl equipment from the MSA electric chainsaw through to the big 066 for the Mill and really big trees. We are environmentally conscious using electric saws where appropriate and minimising impact on surrounding flora and fauna as much as possible at all times. We supply signage and cone off our drop zones for safety.
Usually we work as a two man team. Tom is my second, we share duties as we see fit. On larger jobs we also have Carl and Nick who work the ground.
Removal of trees and tree limbs that overhang buildings can be a particularly dangerous task. Tom and I are very well practiced in the art of rigging a tree to divert limbs away from structures and into a safe lowering zone. We take pride in our work and our ability to leave our sites improved and undamaged.

About Us
Hairy Joe’s Tree Care has been looking after trees and hedges on West Cornwall For well over a decade. We are experienced, qualified and insured. We use state of the art equipment minimising noise pollution. We provide logs for fuel or remove waste as per client requirements. We have suitable barriers and signage. We carry out risk assessments for each client session., as well as surveying trees for conservation management.
